ABOUT THIS LOCATION

Cole Cutsss Barbershop opened in Potterville, Michigan in January 2024 as our original location. The shop sits at 121 S Hartel in downtown Potterville — just off M-100, the main road that runs through town and connects Potterville to Charlotte to the south and Lansing to the north. Parking is easy out front, and the shop is on the ground floor with a clean, modern interior.

This is the shop owner Cole Davis grew up dreaming about. Cole graduated from Potterville High School in 2021 and opened Cole Cutsss two and a half years later, starting in a rented space and now operating the location 100% owned outright. In January 2026, the shop was named the Michigan House District 76 Small Business of the Month by State Representative Angela Witwer.

What you’ll find at the Potterville shop

Two barbers, all six core services, and a relaxed atmosphere built for the kind of conversation you cannot have in a 12-minute chain cut.

Cole Davis handles appointments — book through Setmore for a specific time slot. Cole has cut all hair textures and styles since opening the shop and specializes in fades, beard work, and the kind of haircut you wear to work every day.

Jacob Tomasek handles walk-ins during regular business hours, first-come first-served. Jacob also accepts appointments through his own Setmore link if you want to book him specifically — that option is on the staff page. Saturday mornings are his busiest window.

Both barbers cut the full service menu — haircuts ($23), bald fades ($26), haircut + beard ($28), kids and senior haircuts ($20), and standalone beard trims ($10). Every appointment is booked as a 30-minute slot.

Hours and how to plan a visit

The shop is open six days a week:

  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Tuesday: closed
  • Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Saturday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Sunday: closed

Wednesday is the only weekday with later hours — useful if you cannot get away from work before 4:30. Saturday morning is our busiest window of the week, especially the first Saturday before a holiday or family event. If you want a Saturday slot, book at least a week ahead with Cole. Walk-ins on a Saturday are possible but the wait is longer than mid-week.

The quietest times in the shop are typically Monday and Thursday mornings, and the first hour of the Wednesday window. If you want a walk-in with little or no wait, those windows are your best bet.
