We are incredibly honored to announce that Cole Cutsss Barbershop has been named the Michigan House District 76 Small Business of the Month for January 2026 by State Representative Angela Witwer.
A Small-Town Success Story
Cole Cutsss Barbershop in Potterville, MI is a true small-town success story. Owned by 22-year-old barber Cole Davis, the shop opened just two years ago — starting as a rented space and now 100% owned outright through hard work and dedication.
Cole is a graduate of Potterville High School where he has lived his entire life. With a welcoming, hometown feel and exceptional barbering skills, Cole can cut all hair textures and styles and serves clients of all ages.
Business has grown so much that Cole had to bring in another barber, Jacob, just to keep up with walk-in clients.
Recognition from the Michigan House of Representatives
The recognition came with a Certificate of Recognition from the Michigan House of Representatives, signed by Representative Angela Witwer of the Seventy-Sixth District. The certificate was presented on Monday, January 26, 2026, from the One Hundred and Third Legislature in Lansing.
Cole Cutsss is not just a barbershop — it is a community staple built on talent, hustle, and heart. A perfect choice for Small Business of the Month.
Thank You, Potterville
This award would not be possible without the incredible support of our Potterville community and everyone in Eaton County who has trusted us with their cuts. From our first day in a rented space to today, every client who has sat in our chair has helped make this recognition possible.
Cole plans to remain in Potterville, raise his family here, and continue serving the community he loves. Whether you need a fresh fade, a clean cut, or a beard trim — we are here for you.
